Farleigh Hospice, Chelmsford

About this Collection

We are delighted to be working with JustHelping again this year and all our fantastic volunteers to recycle your Christmas Trees.  Last year we raised an amazing £20,000, enough money for 40 patients to stay in our Inpatient Unit, thereby allowing us to care for more complex needs for those with life-limiting illnesses and provide respite for their carers.

Our volunteers will be collecting trees from the 5th - 6th January 2019 from the following postcodes:

CM1  CM2  CM3  CM7  CM8  CM9  CM0  CM77

Don't leave it too late. Register your tree by 12 noon on Thursday 3rd January 2019.

We couldn’t organise this event or raise such wonderful sums of money without the help of our sponsors and our fantastic volunteers.

...... and a huge thank you to each and everyone of them.

For further information or if you would like to get involved with the Christmas tree collection please call Maz Keenan 01245 455473 or Debbie de Boltz 01245 457352 or email

About the Hospice

For over three decades, Farleigh Hospice has been providing hospice care and support for anyone affected by a life-limiting illness within the mid-Essex community. We are experts in hospice care and can help people to live as actively as possible from the point of diagnosis to the end of their lives.

How we help

We help patients to live as actively as possible from the point of diagnosis to the end of their life, by providing physical and emotional care, free of charge.

We provide a range of services tailored to meet an individual’s needs including support, information, and guidance on symptom and pain control. Approximately 80% of our care takes place within the community and in patients’ home environments, with our Inpatient Unit providing 24/7 respite stays and end of life care when requested.
