About this Collection
Please support your local Hospice and leave the effort of getting rid of your 2017 Christmas tree to us! Register to donate and have your Christmas tree collected and recycled. Your donations are very much appreciated. For example:
- £5 - will pay for a 3 course Christmas lunch for one of our patients on Christmas Day.
- £20 - could pay for an hour of compassionate nursing care over the festive period.
- £140 - could pay for a day of nursing care in the Hospice or in the community.

About the Hospice
Bury Hospice, based on Rochdale Old Road, provides care to the people of the six towns - Bury; Prestwich; Radcliffe; Ramsbottom; Tottington and Whitefield – who are suffering from life-limiting conditions.
Bury Hospice is here to offer care and support, not only to people approaching the end of life – though that is very important part of our service – but also to their families and friends.
We offer outstanding care from in-patient to day care services, hospice at home and outpatient support; We aim to help Bury people achieve the best possible quality of life at a time when this matters more than ever.
